His work was highly desirable for home decor reasons, I have no luck going beyond he is a registered artist, but no years etc. This is a vintage piece anywhere from 50-70’s. Nice wood neutral tone frame and ready to hang. *Disclaimer there is a little paint missing on right hand upper side , not to noticeable without looking, part of sky.
